The gardens and views were a real treat, especially during breakfast. Having a full dinner for just 15 bucks was a steal, and trust me, the food was superb! Plus, being just across from the park with all those activities made it a blast.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly it was still acceptable.

The spacious steam bath and relaxing jacuzzi were just what I needed after a day full of fun! I loved lounging by the pool and soaking in the beautiful gardens. Just a heads-up, the room locks were a bit tricky, but it didn't ruin the good vibes. 😊

I really loved the location next to the park. It offered such a unique experience of farmers’ lifestyle and coffee culture. The gardens around the hotel are beautiful, and the views are stunning. Enjoyed the pool area and the spacious steam bath. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the dinner was worth the additional cost. Access to the park with a discount was a nice perk, as it had so many fun attractions, extraordinary shows, and well-organized events. Great for spending a whole day there! However, the room was a big letdown. The bathroom was cramped, making it uncomfortable to use. The noise from the adjacent rooms was annoying, and I really suggest upgrading to a bigger room. The parking area was a mud pit when it rained, which made coming and going difficult. I also wish the jacuzzi and steam bath hours had been communicated better at check-in. I missed out on those amenities since the steam bath was out of order one evening. Finally, a better Wi-Fi connection would have been appreciated. It was only reliable in common areas. Despite the inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider returning, especially for that beautiful environment and the access to the park.

Amazing family fun!

This place is a blast for families! The gardens are beautiful, and there's so much to do. We had a fab time at the nearby park with its lake and entertaining shows—totally memorable! The only bummer was that our room didn't have a fridge, which would’ve been nice. But the breakfast was seriously good!

I had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed the children's playground and the billiards. The location was perfect for relaxing by the pool. I recommend checking it out for a fun getaway.

We were disappointed to find out that the park activities were closed on Mondays, which was a key reason for choosing this place.

I loved that I could take a short walk of less than a 5-minute stroll to Parque Los Arrieros for a fun day, and the nearby Parque del Cafe was another highlight I enjoyed exploring during my weekend. While the hotel had some nice features like the pool area, it would be better if the Wi-Fi worked consistently in the rooms.

The standard Double Room suffers from a bathroom that feels cramped and echoes too readily, making privacy a concern. Staying in this room means dealing with a less-than-ideal dirt parking lot that turns into a mud pit if it rains. Additionally, the limited access to the jacuzzi and steam bath, operating only from 6 PM to 10 PM, isn't communicated at check-in and can leave you missing out on some relaxation. Finally, you might encounter bugs in the room, and if luck's not on your side, occasional maintenance issues like a malfunctioning shower head and some cleanliness concerns could add to your woes.

parque de los arrieros is a great spot! the spacious steam bath and jacuzzi were super relaxing. i loved the beautiful gardens and breathtaking views. breakfast and dinner were both fantastic. plus, being just across the parking lot from the park made it convenient for some fun entertainment.
